Due to the collapse of Mokua bridge in kwara state last month, trafic have since been diverted to Kogi state for long vehicles to be able to link up to the nothern part of the country.

The state of our federal roads have graduated from bad to worse. From Egbe-Isanlu-Ayetoro-Kabba-Okene -Lokoja..the link road is an eyesore.

Vehicular movement through Kabba in kogi state is almost impossible right now. The road around Arc Olorunfemi all the way through Senator Dino Melaye Constituency Office is badly affected.
We are calling on Kogi State and Federal government to come to the rescue urgently.

I really don't get where the three federal roads from Kabba to Lokoja relates to Akure, Ibadan and Ilorin.

Lemme help you. Two routes from Kabba to Lokoja.
1) via Obajana
2) via Okene

Both routes are REALLY bad. The route via Obajana has a symbol showing an award of contract yo repair, I don't know if work has started.

Also, there's only very few fantastic roads in SW Nigeria and those don't include Omuo Ekiti to Kabba. It used to require less than an hour drive, now it's almost two hours.

Oga u can lie o.....especially the third route u mentioned. The transporters going to Abuja via ekiti or from Ekiti dare not pass thru the omuo route. Instead,they go thru ilumoba to ikare then link kabba. The omuo-ekiti route have sincebeen abandoned coz it has grown from bad to worse, so stop being a lie Mohammed.
