Pg students protesting the introduction of 30k, 60k and 90k for PGD, Masters and doctorate thesis fees respectively are being beaten by the school security. A peaceful protest turned strangely awful when school security on seeing the peaceful protesters decided to turn on them with heavy hands.

The security men have collected all the phones of the protesting pg students for fear of the cowardly act leaking to the media.

At the moment, most pg students have their cloths torn and their faces battered beyond recognition. Every lover of freedom should stand and say no to this impunity.

The pinnacle of enlightenment has become a zone of corruption and oppression. Funds we all know are being diverted into the pockets of the privileged few. smh

UNIBEND ... if you like be plastic or iron, you must bend!

Uniben security that went to wait for us with guns at students affairs back in 2015 when we were protesting against d Dean of students over hostel accommodation, d aluta was prematurely ended right there

As in any small aluta, them go bring gun. Someone cannot do aluta in peace again

students lack d capacity n capability to organize peaceful protest. They will always want to destroy school properties. Those involved shld be severely dealt with.

It's not a must to do pg studies if u can't pay approved fees u bow out

Good for them. After going thru d useless system as an undergraduate u'ld still mumu and do postgraduate in a nigerian university. Some ppl jst never learn, mstchew.
