oh 30m is money anyways but a fully detached duplex in ajah won't even go for 30m nor to talk of lekki phase 1

Perfect family home and well finished .its reasonable for Lekki Phase 1 which is only one minute drive from ikoyi! OP why are you asking if it's worth it? Are you not trying to sell it? Your post has a negative connotation and is confusing �

Property prices in Nigeria are overtly over-rates. All thanks to our government's almost zero participation in the housing sector. That property should not cost more than 35 million Naira.

You don't need a hut. The point is you can't buy land for N75m in Lekki Phase 1. That's just the way it is so accept it and move on.I'd rather buy land than buy a Range Rover for the same price though!
