I was heading school when I saw gathering of students laughing at two young boys being mercilessly flogged by the police. Making and hearing some enquiry why they were flogged, It was indeed funny. These two young boys always begging at imsu front gate pretending that one was blind and the worst path is that, people fell for them. It was some students who recognized them and reported them to the security agents who nabbed them and they were flogged and humiliated. The police later had mercy on them and set them free.
