The Nigerian spirit excels despite the odds!

2 Nigerian NIMASA scholars graduate with distinction from Romanian University.

- Eneotu Joseph graduated from the Faculty of Naval Electromechanical Engineering while Malagu Joshua graduated from the Faculty of Navigation and Water-borne Transport
- Both scholars were part of the first batch of 167 students that departed from Nigeria in 2013 on scholarships funded by NIMASA
- According to the director-general of NIMASA, the agency is doing its best to provide sea-time training for the students.
Mr. Eneotu Joseph and Mr. Malagu Joshua who were part of the 2500 students sponsored by NIMASA to the UK, Philippines, Egypt, India and Romania to be trained on specialized maritime courses under the Nigerian Seafarers Development Program (NSDP), have graduated with distinctions.
NAIJ.com notes that among the 2500 students, 300 of them have been studying in Constanta Maritime University in Romania since 2013.
The two scholars were part of the first batch of 167 students that departed from Nigeria in 2013.
