Lies, if don't sleep well you'll fall sick and..... Don't believe what you read in those stupid books, you have to rest well for your brain to work. Keeping late hours to meet up a target is welcome, there after you take time off to rest.

LOL....success is not about how many many hours you slept but rather wat you use the workable hours to do..During me my school days, each holiday periods, i spend most of my time learning new skills that my school wont and couldnt offer me..i was training on web design and development back then until i became good and eventually after NYSC, got a job in an IT company designing and developing websites...I share this cos i had correct you on that..i actually came out with a 2.2 but here i am able to live comfortably and pay me bills....i encourage u guys, if u need to this training..my company is offering it at an affordable price..Kindly drop your number and emails here if you interested..
