FIFA have scrapped the Licensed Agents regulations.
Instead, what they have now are Intermediaries.
Depending on where you are, you will need to be registered by your national federation and fulfill certain requirements to be registered.
If you are in Nigeria, contact Nasiru Jubril at the NFF HQ at Zone 7 in Abuja
