Paul talks about three heaven, where God the father, the Son and the Holy spirit dwells and the second is the outer space of the earth while the First is the earth we lives. It's recorded that Michael and the other angels will have a war with Satan and his angels. If we can remember in Job 1:1 - 2, 1:8 when Satan met with God to tempt Job same as Zechariah 3 when he accuse Joshua. It means he still have access to God. That brings to my question that, Is the war in heaven describing Satan original fall or an end times angelic battle ?

The war in heaven as described in the bible is the original Satan's fall

There was never a war in Heaven. What you read from the Book of Revelations, a book of dreams/visions of a war between a character called Michael and a red Dragon is meant to be interpreted — as you would all dreams— and not consumed literally.

The satan character described in the Book of Job as well as the Book of Zechariah is a servant of God who answers and takes orders only from God Himself. He is not an equal or an arch villain as the many religious narratives have made you to believe but rather a servant who reports and acts at the behest of God, His Master.
