It is a HSSE consulting company. The accronymn 'essoh' stands for Environment, Safety, Security and Occupational Health.

Based on my little knowledge of branding and brand essence, the logo should have the following:

1.The logo should reflect the colours for these. E.g green for environment, red for safety, white for health, black/dark blue for security etc.

2. The logo must show we are technical/technological/engineering based.

3. It must show we are corporate. We use Management tools and techniques etc.

His old logo is attached. He seems to like this one a lot, but it can be modified to look/feel better.
