Every day we talk about corruption and abuse of office mainly focusing on our politicians without taking two steps backward to asses our immediate environment. Majority sees corruption only when a politician syphones funds made for the development and betterment of his/her people. Long story short, I always got pissed to the bone when a hustling guy like me try to use a little privilege he got at the platter of gold to render his fellow hustler useless.

As a music artiste I reached out to one of the known music producers (Young John) in the industry to work on a project ( 1 music track) hoping he is the God fearing type I didn’t know I was dealing with “Jack the Ripper”, he decided to take my passion away from music. N350,000 to produce a single track which means if I want to produce a 20 track album with him I will have to break the Central bank of Nigeria CBN or I should be begging Hushpupi, E-money, Shina Peller, Ifeanyi Uba, Dangote, etc put together for assistance. If I pay 350k for a single track how much will I pay for marketing the track not to talk of video production.

Young John is a ripper and a very greedy individual, I’m not calling him to make him feel bad but he should rather change his ways for nothing last forever that’s if he feels like anyways it’s his own business. See screenshot of the chat bellow;

hows that a rip off? if the song eventually blows, he wouldn't get any royalties and you alone be rocking all the shows and chopping all the millions. That's why Sarz charges from $2000 and above to even work with him. it's high time Nigerian producers started knowing their worth.

OP and a lot of others out there, please stop using "God Fearing" when you need to be pardoned or wanting to rip someone off.

Young John is at a stage where not only does his beat sells but, his name sells too. He would have thought twice say one of his friends tapped him for you.

That attitude you displayed there says a lot. You don't quit simply because 1 nut head like that decided to discourage you. Come meet my dad, I have never done 1 single thing right, graduated 3times in Uni and he only came once (he was compelled by my grandma).....listen to his friends tell me how proud this dude is. LIFE

Start small...........suffer.......learn from your mistakes...........enjoy the rest of your life.

Without proper promotion the song is as good as nothing. Y'all should know that before claimng Don Jazzy.
