It's a sad moment for the family and friends of a student of Nnamdi Azikwe University (UNIZIK) identified as Sochima Sandra Iloka aged 23, who gave up the ghost following an illness (Malaria), according to her friends on Facebook. The young lady who reportedly just entered her final year - will be laid to rest in her village in Anaocha L.G.A of Anambra state on Friday, August 4th (tomorrow). May her soul rest in peace.

Malaria from hell. She was a friend and a sister, we've known for over 8years right from secondary school. She visited me some weeks to her death. Tallest girl I've come across. It's heartbreaking. Deep down, I know 80% of those who die from health related issues in Nigeria are not meant to die...visit some hospitals especially fmc's across the country and u would agree with me

Meanwhile pls nairalanders, typhoid kills. Alot of people don't know this, but it does. I almost lost a friend to it. He kept treating malaria till it got to a point where he was forced to go for test cos the malaria refused to go, only to discover it was typhoid.
