Keep celebrating ordinary street lights, go to less developed African countries and see what the Government is doing for it's people, you here celebrating street lights. Governor should visit Uyo and learn how trees are planted along roads and get some good drainages
outside uyo, enugu and Abuja most states and their capitals get k leg
