Hello All,

Please I need a property to rent urgently in Lekki or Ajah axis. I am a family man, newly wedded 2 years ago. I have a wife and a daughter. I am a travelling salesman for an FMCG company in Nigeria. I am not always home with my family. Therefore, my number 1 priority for renting a home is SECURITY. Please I need a house with only 2 requirements in Lekki or Ajah

Requirement 1: The house must be in an estate that restricts entry to non-residents. That is, non-residents have to call their host before the security allows them entry.

Requirement 2: The house should be less than N1m per year rent. Any price per year of N1m and below is comfortable for me to pay annually.

Bro I did not write my taste. I only wrote one special requirement which is security. The other requirement was about cost. And i mentioned 2 areas. Ajah and Lekki. If you do not have a meaningful contribution, then please pass unnoticed.

Atlantic view estate is located between Igbo efon and Chevron round about.

Thanks alot. What about flooding? Does the estate still encounter flooding? And does the house have clean water or we buy water from tankers?

The estate has storm drainage so it doesn't have any flood. There are two access roads to the estate. New road and Igbo efon. During heavy rains, new road floods so people with low cars go through Igbo efon.

I will confirm if there is clean water but I think there is. I live in the same estate and haven't seen any tankers at the house delivering water.

I have a 2 bedroom ensuite pent house at ogombo, Ajah (close to Abraham adesanya). Am the owner so no agency fee.

Rent is 650k per annum
Security 65k per annum
Agreement 65k
Caution 50k.
No agency fee....
