All things being equal(engine,transmission,suspension), its safer to buy a car that d paint is faded but d body is neat than a newly painted one cos U don't know what might be hiding under d fresh coat of paint.
6 months later,u might start having bulges,rust,fading and even outright peeling of d paint if d job wasn't done well.
