Can you develope An infection just from kissing your dog?

Though this is not a reason to avoid coming in contact with our pets but prevention is rather better than cure

Dogs pick up & chew objects from the ground, often picking up bacteria like clostridium, E coli, & campylobacter that can be passed on to humans, causing gastroenteritis

These are dangerous disease that can be DEADLY and harmful to the human body
Below are what these infections can cause to humans;

Though this is not a reason to do away with our dogs or any form of discrimination but just to be extra careful, dogs still remain humans best friend

Face licking in dogs(owner/stranger) is a natural thing, most times they do this out of excitement but we just have to be keep them clean and free from dirty environments for this is a way of preventing these infections/diseases

Dog what..? My best pet is a snake.. Snakes are bacteria and virus free... Corn snakes to be precise

I know of a friend from childhood who's wound got healed after his dog licked it. His father had tried everything but it just wouldn't heal until the dog licked it one day. I also know of another with chicken pox who got healed by the same means.
