Bro,do not pay anybody for anything again .You have can now receive money into your PayPal but you just have some certain rules to follow in order not to get your account limited asap.

had it been he know me personally, after seeing d way m trying to survive am sure he won't even ask me of 500naira, am just asking to know if its possible to withdraw. besides i only opened it but no even one dollar inside it.
