Tank 1,the smaller it is the quicker it fill up.

I cannot see the picture very well you send,that was why i choose tank 1 but if you can send another picture that is bigger than this.

Tank 10 will be the first to fill up because the size of it is that it have a slim cover side than other while some of the tank have wide size but those tanks are small like 6,8.i think it will be tank 10

i think it is 4 because when the water is coming from the tap,the water enter into tank 0 but it did not fill because of the pipe.therefore when it get to tank 1 there is also a pipe that lead to 2 and 3.when the water get to 3 there was two pipe at opposite side the tank 4 has a pipe connecting to tank 3 that lead the water down to the tank 4 as well as 7.
