There wasn't a problem with the setup when Matic was on the field.

It was the same setup that saw us win the title in a swashbuckling style, going 15 games unbeaten in the process.

Just like every other setup, 3-4-3 has its weakness and having Cesc in its midfield is one of those downsides.
