The quantity you've projected is just right. It'll feed about 80 people. So f you're expecting 60 people, 70 people will likely turn up!

The carton of chicken is alright too, depending on the size you should get out about 90 small cuts! You can make arrangements for extra beef though for the late comers and so on. It'll be in your kitchen and kept until needed.

Any moin moin or plantain to go with the food?

Just make sure you have all the ingredients in moderate quantity. Because we don't have standard measurements in naija ( we usually guage by sight) it's a bit difficult to guide you.

When I cook a derica of rice at home, it feeds five persons conveniently. So by my calculations, it's too much but if you have the money, then cook as much as you like and give the rest out if after everyone has eaten, there's still much left.

Snacks will be the first thing I will give b4 the rice cause I want it to be like a take home pack + party bag for kids,I donno if this idea is OK too

Sorry I'm just reverting! I'm not sure about this take away packs of food oh! The snacks may not hold thier tummies till they're set to leave for home and remember that some will attend without eating before coming and so on!
