Laptops with very good specs that will meet today's computing needs and that of the nearest future are costly now(for obvious reasons).
Except he intends to use it for commercial purposes,let him go for UK used. By the way,90% of UK used laptops advertised on Nairaland are not UK used at all. Go to a seller with shop and varieties where you can settle down and pick the one you like.
Every Tom dick and Harry advertising laptops on Nairaland calls it UK used and you see the pics,you like wtf Laptops wey don't suffer tire for naija
