Yeye question. Some persons are not fit to be called graduates.

I still don't know what a Phd holder will be doing with Npower, education has been messed up in this country.
The thing is that education is highly overated in Nigeria.

I think it's greed.

PhD without a job is only when the person is lazy. Very very lazy. With several high institutions looking for PhD holders they are fighting for crumbs meant to kids.

Landmark advertised for job, minimum qualification was PhD. You can see what I mean. Most Research institutions seek for PhD holders too.
