As the "unconfirmed rumour" about the resuscitation of PostUTME is no longer news.I'd like to conduct a mini e-poll to capture nairalanders' opinion about the supposed rumour.


If You are of the opinion that there should be STABILITY in UI's admission model system and aspirants' lives and dreams should not be used in test-running different admission policies.Also,If you think alot of aspirants has invested alot in re-sitting for O'level therefore last year's point grading model should be retained.

- Mechanics and Properties of Matter (by Idowu Farai)
- College Physics
- First Year University Physics, Volume 1 & 2 (both written by O. Ajaja & H. B. Olaniyi)

- Strictly your note

ZOO114
- I don't really have any textbook to recommend here because your note, slides and materials you can get online should be okay but some people use Campbell and Reece Biology textbook

GES107
- You will buy a textbook while doing your registration for this course. Trust me, that textbook is ALL you need, saving attending classes.

PS: All what I have written here are based on what is obtainable as at the 2016/2017 academic session.

For many of these courses, I have some slides and materials I can give that would definitely be of help. But that will surely be upon resumption.

I got a news that there will be PostUTME by September in UI...
De VC of UI, together with Jamb registrar held a meeting on the 31st of July, and got to a verdict..
De VC expressed his feelings, by lamenting that the students admitted for the 2016/2017 session were absolutely one of the worst sets..., having failed regular tests..., also he also lamented that a student with A1 paralle, with a jamb result of 209, secured admission to study MBBS, while brighter brains..., were denied admission because of that grading system... Therefore, aspirants are adviced to study hard....
