A Former Acting Governor of Bayelsa State, Hon. Werinipre Seibarogu last night escaped an assassination attempt at his Yenagoa residence in Okaka Bayelsa State.



His personal aide who confirmed the incident to Ebiwalismoment.com said some unknown gunmen invaded his home, tied up his securities, and went on a shooting spree..

According to him the APC chieftain who just returned from traveled days back broke his arm and ankle while trying to struggle with the attackers..

''My boss is currently admitted at the Glory Land Hospital, his hands and leg were broken, while he was trying to escape from an assassination attempt last Night, thats is all i can say.. he told Ebiwalis Gossip Blog.

No one died, but Seibarugou has since been hospitalized, this is coming days after the state APC chairman was sacked over Anti Party Activities..
