'The guy on the screen was caught today in Umuchu town by  Umuchu vigilant group led by "Action Man (commander). according to source, the guy is from Umunze town, he is snatching people's motorcycle /bag's along Umuchu /Umunze road, according him, he has been doing this job for past 6 month's. he is now begging Umuchu vigilant group to give him a second chance in other to repent. what is your suggestions over this matter.?your opinion'.
