Pls is it possible to do interview for a role and be told you are too qualified for that role and you will be called for interview for a higher role ? |

Pls forget the firm already. It's a silly excuse they give when they feel they cannot pay you or you are earning higher than their budget. In my own opinion I feel the H.R doesn't even know their job with th kind of response. One would think the individual lacks attention to detail as one would expect a CV to be perused before an interview invite. I hope you didn't spend too much. 1 Like |
