Seriously I don't know. I was in student affairs and they said they hadn't gotten anything of such while a friend in UST confirmed he got the schorlaship.

... Lol. Which friend in UST? I left the secretary to the DSA less than 3 hours ago and she confirmed that they haven't received anythimg.
