According to a report shared by a social media user,a suspected kidnapper was caught today in Lagos.He was nearly lynched to death by angry mob until officers of the Nigeria Police Force in Ikeja area of Lagos state came to rescue him.

People lynch kidnappers because if arrested, they eventually get released. Even Evan might be released.

Arrested kidnappers are released due to lack of conclusive evidence. While matchet, calabash and other tools may be found with them, these are nit enough to get a conviction in court. It is only in cases were the perpetrators are caught with body parts or a victim is available to testify that the kidnappers can be brought to justice.

So don't be surprised is Evans becomes a free man 2mao or this man that was rescued by the police today resumes kidnapping next 3 years.

Personally, i don't approve of lynching. However, i wish we could just lock them up forever.
