My team and went on a tour to look at the numbers of properties affected by water/flood. And we discovered that; thousands of people has been displaced and rendered "homeless" by water(flood).



My advice for all those intending to buy landed properties in River state is; Make sure you carry out thorough research about not only if it's geniue but also if it's a waterlogged area..

In Rivers state when people build houses, they don't bother to construct a swimming pool. Nature has naturally provides that for them.
