AFTER READING THROUGH THE CHAT, I OBSERVED THAT YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE POLITELY WHICH IS VERY BAD FOR A PERSON LIKE YOU.
IMAGINE THE OP SAID HIS FIANCEE ASKED YOU ABOUT ZARA AND YOU TOLD HER YOU DONT HAVE ANY BUSINESS WITH HER WHEN YOU KNOW YOU ACTUALLY TOOK THE DOG AND PART OF THE MONEY FROM HER.

WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS MAN ARE YOU? I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT A DOG OR DO MATTING TRANSACTION ONLINE BEFORE.

I don't think I will allow any dog die under my care, even if it cost me the whole money in my account.
It always leaves this feeling of at least I did everything to save her/him

The pro guy is rude and doesn't seem like he is a true dog lover because he has shown no remorse. That 1 of his client lost a dog under his care without even providing pictorial evidence.
He dint even console the guy or even provide simple solution to the problem.
H would have offer the guy a simple 50% off if he decides on getting another pop.
In business sometimes loss should be shared and not pushed to the customers alone.

The most annoying thing here is that he is acting like he did this nigha a favour but this is actually business.

Wumi I know you will never blive your dog is dead even in 100yrs time because you dint get any picture of her death.

from the onset, I made you know th dog wasn't gonna be with me. I wasn't boarding your dogs. I wish there was a chat to back that up but I remember it was a call.

now I can't change anyone's opinion on this matter. those who think I'm right or wrong. I agree with you. this is an issue of middleman gone wrong. once again

from November till may is still a long time to ask about yo dog. and you didn't call me at any time. neither did I get a text from you until may 14th.

if it was me who opened this thread probably before may 14th I guess I'd have been justified somehow.

once again, I didn't board the said dog. she wasn't with me and I only go check on her occasionally. I called the person a few days back to ask if he at any time took a picture of the dead dog and he said he didnt even have a camera phone at the said time.

it's still my fault. I should have insisted on not mating the dog.
I should have made the terms clear
I should have even called you after the incident regardless if you called to check up or not.

The Prodegee dude refused to provide a pictorial evidence to support his claim that Zara is dead. Their communication outside NL went cold so wunmi brought the case here. Even at that, Prodegee didn't show any remorse. So the guy should have been calling and chatting him with no positive answer? It's a lesson to Prodegee and others. This post is already on some facebook dog groups. Attitude matters. He should accept whatever comes with this.

A dead picture of the dog will clear his doubt.
Eg you can't declare an MIA soldier dead until evidence is provided or the body is recovered,
In the heart of the loved ones they still blive such person is still alive.
Lesson learnt and maturity on both side have been showed @ d end of the Day.

i sincerely think you are wrong. We all are here to learn. The prodegee guy learned a lesson, wunmi590 learned his own lesson even me myself have loads of lesson to add to mine thanks to these thread. If you didn't learn anything from these then you're probably from mars.
