The first update I had, many people on this thread shared testimonies about medicals and TRV the next day and day after. I am not worried but I believe its a sign of testimonies on this thread today or tomorrow.

This issue of leaving after program after completion of program as an excuse for denial is not becoming much, pls how can one tackle this? I think getting a court affidavit stating one will return can come in handy... Just my thought though... Sorry for the delay

At least some people still get update, what's going on with people who haven't gotten any update since submission? Did the system crash or some application are intentionally not tended to? God please intervene, school resumes in less than a month and there are lots of things to put in place before travelling which is centered on the outcome of this TRV application... Hello bro, since the school won't waive the ESL programs for you, I suggest you take another IELTS. This time strive harder to meet the requirements needed. This is a far more cost effective way if handling that, you spend about #75k which cannot be compared with 3500CAD.

Lastly, does this your uncle truly want to sponsor you? Or you just want to use his SOA to get the TRV?

Hey boss, I feel that the excuse of "leaving after programme, travel history aswell" once an app is delayed is just impoverished. The main reason could be finances, in this case. So payment of school fees, transfer of upkeep funds to @ibeli0 personal account and a concrete establishment of relationship with his 3rd party sponsor should have made this application sail through. And if these listed things were done, there would be no "leaving Canada after programme" excuse. Just my thoughts.

Some just never showed up at school cos they had other motive anyway. All those things are tracked and compared amongst countries that apps are coming from. Then they make more stringent conditions in subsequent years for specific countries if need be "

Yes every time conditions are specified in an acceptance letter, this leaves you vulnerable to the whims and caprice of a VO. Try and make your application full proof, never leaving any t's uncrossed and i's undotted. Having an unconditional acceptance letter would help much in your case. I think you should pay heed to a previous person who adviced you to get a new admission somewhere cheaper that will even be willing to waive ESL for you. Goodluck

Nobody can say exactly what this VO's are thinking when they refuse applications like yours.

Based on what you presented above, I don't know what else they want but notwithstanding, the 1st thing I will suggest is you order for your file to know what the VO concluded.

Be that as it may, share your profile for more knowledgeable pple to see may be one or two things could be detected as well in your case.

God help us, this thing is just getting tougher than expected and it could be due to so many reasons we never can tell it all.

Paper Route (the best way to submit a Canada study permit application with zero worries)

MAKE SURE YOU SUBMIT EARLY LIKE 5 MONTHS TO RESUMPTION DATE

1) Make sure all your academic docs are photocopies

2) Only Bank statement and all letters addressed to CIC should be original

3) Don't submit your passport (you might need it for other travels with faster results)

4) Link your application online

5) Live your life and check your account once a week (preferably Saturday night)

6) Pray and don't worry about the application

Note : All other documents should be photocopies
Medical Examination is optional (upfront or wait for permission to do so)
And most importantly live like you didn't submit an application

Because Canadian study permit question now is like "How old is your application?"

DON'T STRESS YOURSELF
