What is body confidence?

Body confidence is how a person feels about the way they look. When we have body confidence we ACCEPT, and are HAPPY with, how we look and what our bodies can do. It’s the vehicle to your DREAMS, everyone has the right to LOVE and embrace their body, regardless of shape, size, ethnicity or ability.

Our mission

Helping women build positive body confidence and self-esteem.
We are partnering with leading experts in the fields of Psychology, health and beauty, body image stylists, and Cosmetic Surgery consultants to create a workshop of evidence based resources including parenting advice to help young people form healthy friendships, overcome body image issues and be their best selves.

Aims of THIS WORKSHOP

Our campaign focuses on areas where we’ll bring about real change.
It covers:

1. How you feel about your body, including your height, shape, and weight.

2. Effects of Body Confidence effects on Relationships and intimacy.

3. How to dress for your body type

4. Real talk on Cosmetic Surgery: Improving the appearance of body parts or surgery carried out solely to change a healthy person’s appearance to achieve what they feel is a more desirable look.

Venue

This event will hold at Mall Bijoux, 12 Anifowoshe Street off Adeola Odeku Lagos on the 31st August 2017, 4:30 pm
