Good day house! Please i want to make payment for my visa application with the New Zealand embassy in Pretoria South Africa. My bank is saying I need to get a dollar account before it can be done.
Guru's in the house please I need your inputs.

Get somebody who has a domicilary acct to do it for you. The bank workers can also help if they want to.

@ Yelinco1. Thank you. I will see if I can talk to any banker but you know how this bankers thinks.I was thinking forex will help in this but shocked when one banker guy told me it won't.

Are you paying from SA or from Nigeria? If you are paying the visa fee from Nigeria, then, your master or visa card should work. But, paying for the handling fee, the cards won't work. Except you have a dollar master or visa card

If you are paying the visa fee from Nigeria, then, your master or visa card should work. But, paying for the handling fee, the cards won't work. Except you have a dollar master or visa card

@thebest1210... You know I can't pay for one and skip the other. The bank said the dollar card takes about 7-8 working days before its out. I'm just confused as I don't have much time left. Thanks man.

Of course, u can! You don't pay both together. The visa application fee goes to immigration New Zealand, while the handling fee goes to vfs. For the visa application fee, u will pay with your naira master/visa card. While, you will have to send your card details (if its a dollar account) along with your passport to vfs.
My advice to you is to pay your visa fee, then, when your dollar account is ready, you can send your card details along with your passport to vfs. Or if you want to do a local bank transfer from your dollar account to deirs, you will send the proof of payment along with the passport.
NB. U have 20 working days from the day you submit your application, to send the passport
