We were surprised when N3.38billion was earmarked last year for Aso Villa clinic (for infrastructure et al) in the 2016 budget.

But what is more surprising now is that inspite of all the spending, the president has to camp for over 100 days abroad when he has medical concerns to tae care of.

What then is the use of the Aso Villa clinic?

What was the use of making it so well funded?

May we ask exactly how that N3.38billion was spent such that the president is sure he cannot be catered for in our facilities any time he needs good medical care?

This is surprising. This one weak me. Anyway, patients always return to doctors who have their medical history for treatment. That is why some families have family doctors, even when they fall ill far from home or their doctors, the patients just take first aid and return to their family doctors for comprehensive treatment. I think this is why Buhari too rushes to his doctors abroad who have his medical history.

Except to keep his situation private, I see no reason why the president should fly abroad (spending more than 100 days) when 3.8billion will be spent on the presidential clinic in Aso Villa

As long as Nigeria law did not stop a president from going to abroad for medical treatment, I don't see anything wrong with BUHARI going to abroad for medical treatment.

Are you implying it's okay for Nigeria's leaders to receive treatment abroad while the people die from common illnesses? That's why they would never develop the local health care!

So what becomes of the APC campaign slogan against such being the proponent of "change" to do things right? Of course being founded on a foundation of lies,no honour in the words of their mouth.Mind you have you ever thought about million of Nigerians that can't afford that luxury? Despite his global popularity, the late president Nelson Mandela was admitted and managed in a SA hospital till he passed on.Do zombies with dignity bro.

In campaign promises, I heard that they said they would stop/reatrict government officials from going abroad for medical treatment
