Yes o, tell 'em. It's either they are too poor to buy ordinary recharge card in igboland (compared to other regions) due to low purchasing power, or the recession is biting them harder than the rest of the country, or igbo people no plenty at all upon all their hype.

Ogun State population is the fastest growing mainly from influx of people from Lagos as a spill over. I somehow feel it is important for Lagos and Ogun States collaborate in infrastructural developments because parts of Ogun State has already become Lagos suburban and not planning well breeds another slum city.
