Sometimes you wonder how some people chose their king.

I can see why serious monarchies stick to premogeniture.
That way a future king is prepared for the role from birth.

A king prepared for the job would know that Nigerian constitution demands political neutrality from traditional rulers. Because he would have understudied his father carefully knowing he would be next.

But when money & politics are involved, anyone just from the royal family can emerge king.

I have been praying for Buhari to be well cos He's my president and I deserve to pray for my rulers.
However, I will never pray for his sickness to come upon me.
