OP did you just wake up from 2014, when did the dollar exchange rate fall to #200 naira?
$399.99 is not 80,000 oh, i don't know what calculator you used but your conversion is all wrong. The dolar exchange rate is at #367 naira to $1, meaning the app you are talking about is being sold for #146, 796 naira.
