Ukpaka z castor bean seed, if you can get the garden egg that is attached to garden egg leaves better cos u won't slice it but if na the big one slice it to ur desired size..

Hello mamas in the house pls I need your help. About 4 hours after bd on 26th June AF showed up,I saw AF again on 26th of July instead of 23rd cos my cycle is a 28 days cycle. After AF on that same month(July), I continue to see spotting for about 2wks.I was suppose to see AF On 22 of August using my normal 28days.But I waited and no show ,today is cd 33 and I am yet to see it.Could I be preggy.Note that I bd last june.pls help a sis.baby dust to all.

thanks a lot for your response. I have never missed my period, though I underlying health issues, I have fibroid and cyst.

Thanks mama God bless you, I'll try Lasuth, I just didn't want to jump to any hospital and make my case worse. I had elevated prolactin levels and was placed on bromocriptine and folic acid, I stopped taking it after two months after my period returned and now my period hasn't come since June. I'm not pregnant as well.

Do you take painkillers like felvin and ibuprofen for menstrual cramps? They are known to make AF flow scantily. Have you tried increasing the flow by taking watermelon, pineapple, kunu, ginger, bitterleaf juice, ruzu bitters and hot water pelvic massage? The hot water pelvic massage helps make AF flow when I notice felvin is not allowing it to flow well.

Let me open this contest with my ever beautiful self.

Beauty regimen:
Wake up, bathe with the family soap (Dudu osun or Zest soap)
Use coconut oil (love the smell( mixed with Easy tone jojoba oil (to moisturize) and rescue oil (to remove scars and stretch marks: it's working!). All oil based cos I have dry skin.
No powder or foundation
Kohl to line my lower eye line.
Black eye pencil to make my eyes darker and smoky.
Red lip stainer. What we call matte.
No lip gloss
No carved brows, natural eyebrows






PS: I need recommendations for a good hair removal cream, my bearbear is getting too much ....i can feel moustache crawling up sef

How thick is ur uterine linning?.hv u done tvs or checked it b4?. thin linning is among the causes of small flow n also hinders implantation, do tvs/follicular tracking next cycle, so u can see ur eggs and linning thickness.
2ndly as the other mama said, stop felvin, ibuprofen etc...look for natural remedies, ginger and garlic tea, ruzu bitters etc
