my M3m doesn't display pictures and videos in gallery. camera isnt workkng either.. also any fix on how to install apps directly to Sdcard without moving them after installing? my phone reads flash drives, but doesn't read my HDD 500GB

This phone so, can one change the touchpad without changing the screen? If yes, how much?
The service centre guy said the touchpad can't be changed without changing the screen.

Please help me out, regarding the playstore not downloading issue, I tried updating the 401mb OTA sent to my phone but after download got complimented it failed to install. Please what should I do to fix this? I have wiped my phone more than 4 times still having the same problem, my biggest concern is I want to update my Google Play services but can't, I have downloaded more than 6 different updates but doesn't install. A simple reboot normally should solve the error
