B4 I forget, ova boost contains clomiphene (clomid) so mamas looking for drugs to boost egg quality should take note.

Also, my sis ( a medical doc BT not a gyna) , told me that if you are on clomid, you start counting your cycle from the first day you start taking the drug. This will help you track your ovulation as it usually occurs around such time. Also remember your best bet is to use your ovulation test strip.

Eg, if you start taking the drug on cd3, count that cd 3 as CD 1, if your normally ovulate at cd15, then expect ovu on cd17.

I just bought evergreen prenatals. I having been running temperature for over 3 weeks now, will start the prenatals as soon as I am healed.

You can check the list of ingredient from the container to see if yours has clomiphene.
I just checked ingredients online and didn't see it. I wonder if ovaboost have different brands.
