Many writers have been birth out of this great forum. The readers on this forum are enough to spur you to keep writing. Many upcoming writers have been able to finish their books because of they constantly write on this forum. Also, Literature Section's Moderators, Obinnau and Divepen1, are really trying a lot as they work hand in hand with the top admins, Lalasticlalala and Mynd44, who take some of these stories to the front page and that helps upcoming writers get popularity. Here, writers have the chance of making money from writing. A very good example is Sally Dazie who made over 150,000 naira from the sale of just a book , 'The Fourth Finger'.
Next year, Okadabooks will be one of the sponsors for Flash-fiction Battle

Definitely, I go with No. 1. It is simply the best. I began here in 2013 when I knew nothing about writing but here I am now. You forgot to add the mentoring you get to receive from seasoned writers. The critics too. Then, there's the simple interface. Almost every GPRS-enabled phone can navigate it. You get to meet several people who care and with whom you can become buddies. All these make it the best. The only thing lacking then was the financial motivation. But, now, surely, a lot of money-making opportunities are springing for writers. It's a very welcome development and I hope for more of it.

I'll check out the others.
