V3, U shouldn't expect everyone to unlock modem for free just because Unclesam does it for free. The box that one use to unlock cost nothing less than 20k. So I see no reason why everyone should buy the box for 20k and decide to unlock for people free. I'm sure Unclesam have his reason for doing so. I unlock modem too though I don't charge up to 3000.

75 % of those MODEM are locked

Mind you , I personally unlock any USB MODEM for FREE for any Nigerian
