Kazim88:Look stop deceiving yourself, yes the court will hear the case but they still have to determine legality, it's called pretrial. Since the start of ATCA majority of the cases have been tossed out, this is what I meant by the court determining if it is worth trialing. Buratai to me has nothing to lose, he will be protected as always by the government so forget about psyche! Once again this case is nothing but a civil case and thus only financial compensation will be discussed. |
