Buy anytime? Na you know the dust bin you pack your money.
These are some of the methods that the west/Europeans used in washing their clothes and after using it for a year or more they bundle them to Africa as okrika, when you start washing them the other way round in Naija, the clothes fades off in no time!

This is impracticable, salt eats away the fabric and reduces it's durability. The fabric tears with a little stretch.

I add salt to my Ankara fabrics while washing, I learnt it from my mother.
