but not every year like Nigeria
Re: Pictures Of Houston Current State by Nobody:
If this happened in Nigeria you will see one frustrated hungry fellow will start calling Nigeria a Zoo but when it's US they will keep mute or sympathize with them, I wonder how any sane person will hate his/her own but love others

I sincerely sympathize with all affected by this act of mother nature, no country is immune to it

Okay....but does that really matters?
They both cause havoc and the message she's passing is charity begins at. home not loving one side and castigating the other.

Its a country of rule of law and 98% of its people also value neat places and civilized way of living .

Try neglect your overgrown lawn, discard trash anywhere you'll be visited and fined or if you live in a dirty uncivilized manner your house will be condemned by city authorities very quick.Your kids might be taken away from your custody too.

This is what I have been trying to explain to some of them

The flooding in Lagos (don't know about Benue tho) is largely man made, due to many of its inhabitants behaving like animals

Throwing their rubbish in the canals, blocking the gutters, litter everywhere, even channelling their sewage (shit) into the gutter.

how will the water now pass?

Did we even build a bulwark, or a reservoir to try to store as much water as it can when the downpour comes? in addition to clearing the canals and drainage?

Black men sef undecided
