my ex called after 2 months of broke up that she is HIV positive that I was the one who infected her. am planning to relocate to porthacourt from Ghana. I want to know any reliable HIV in porthacourt to go for test and and start treatment immediately.

BMH port Harcourt, or UPTH choba Road port Harcourt. Testing and treatment are free.

when you get to any of this hospital ask of special clinics , you will be directed. To avoid discrimination it's not called hiv Center but special clinic

Any government hospital, preferably the general or specialist or teaching hospitals have free HIV counselling and testing centres and also run clinics.
Go to the hospital and ask to see a doctor. Obtain a card and you'd be directed to the Doctor. He would take it up from there.
This is a good approach for confidentiality sake .

You have not even gone for test and you just claimed HIV.
Please go and check your status. Men has less propability to get it from their partners.

It is also possible she lied to you that she has it. Women do that to torture their ex emotionally.
