LOL. No be only EWUOCHA, na EWUCANBEER you for call am. Go tell that to the Ikwerres of PH who hate your Igbo people with a passion and denounce any affiliation with them. I'm a well traveled and U.S. Educated Yoruba-man. I've been to the S-East and frankly there's nothing there for an average entreprising and ambitious Yoruba man -- heck, even the Young igbomen are leaving the place for my region in droves. Is it jobs? Or is it sound educational institutions of higher learning as are obtainable in my region? Dude, unless I want to trade, no.. squash that.. I'll rather trade here in the SW where there's an even bigger market. Really, what else does the SE have to offer a young up-an-coming chap who isn't interested in trading? Like seriously? Jokes apart.[/quote]The PH Ikwerres are the lazy cousins Igbos can do without!I'm listening to Radio in Igbo as im typing this; I'm still looking for a Yourobber station in PH. There are probably Igbo-speaking stations in Lagos or Ibadan. Jealousy is the problem of Yorubas. And juju. ofe mmanu be like flying!

detosho:I disagree with u in d area of trust and betrayal. Yorubas have mistrust, betrayal&backstabbing in their DNA.For example Awo betraying Ojukwu,Obasanjo backstabbing Awo,Abiola betraying Awo,Jakande betraying Awo,Hausa's suspecting Awo,Igbos never ever trust a Yoruba man,Eleganza,Folawiyo&co betraying Abiola,Tinubu betraying GEJ,Fashola,Fayemi&Amosun betraying Tinubu. The list is endless.Every Nigerian has an encounter to tell about Yorubas lack of trust, betrayal,Backstabbing, theft and lies.Even u check among all d ethnic groups in Nigeria d one that has such character u possess. You v said it all that yorubas don't like leaving SW.Any group dat dislike moving out to integrate has xenophobic and hatred on visitors.Imagine d number of time yorubas fought Igbo traders,Hausa and Ijaws from 1999.Consider Yoruba threat to Emzor and Oba Akiolu threat of lagoon genocide. Its endless Yoruba jealousy.let me stop here and wait for response. |

if not because of this useless Buhari economy, i for ask you to sebd me your Akant number make i bless you with something to buy your favourite lager. No.mind this insecure bunch. Wetin concern Igbos with these ones? Since after the Civil war, they are the ones fighting hard to make sure Igbos dont regain their rightful place in Nigeria. They fought Stella Oduah cos she wanted to upgrade the only international airport in the East, They are they one fighting so that the entire pirts in the Nigeri Delta are left to rot so that Lagos wont have any challange. I dnt blame them, na the idiatic South Southerners like Ameachi they are using their head to do ten ten. They say they are not the problem, but are they one sponsoring the nedia demonization of Peter Obi since him emergence. If you say you are better and ahead, how did you get there? is it by fair play or manupulation? Igbos dont compete with Yorubas, They want to be like the Chinese or whites. reality1010: |

This is subject to dispute, but an average Yoruba person, like Artisans and Traders and co, is highly interested in politics and governance, but doesn't really give a damn about either the Unity or Seperation of Nigeria, although when asked most would reply that "we are better off on our own".
