There's a pap factory near my former house that I'm sure their process is 100%, Zero preservatives or colouring. I see their pap in supermarkets and that's what I buy for my LO, all my cousins use it for their kids too. If it's Grandiose you saw, go ahead

Didn't note the brand name, I'd check again

Dotmanroy:
Warning signs after birth and the Trusted Solution.
Don’t Ignore because you can save lives through this post.

Your body goes through lots of changes after having your baby. These changes help your body recover from pregnancy and help you get ready to care for your new baby.
It’s normal to feel some discomfort, like soreness and fatigue, as your body heals after giving birth. However, other discomforts and health problems may be a sign that you need medical care.
What are some health problems new moms may have after giving birth?

Chances are that you’ll be healthy after giving birth. But some moms may have some health problems, like:
• Cesarean wound infection
• Deep vein thrombophlebitis (DVT), a kind of blood clot
• Endometritis, an infection in the uterus (womb)
• Mastitis, a breast infection
• Postpartum bleeding
• Postpartum depression (PPD)

What warning signs should you look for?
Call your provider if you have any of these warning signs:
• Bleeding that’s heavier than your normal menstrual period or that gets worse
• Discharge, pain or redness that doesn’t go away or gets worse. These could be from a c-section incision (cut), episiotomy or perineal tear (a tear that happens between the vagina and rectum).
• Feelings of sadness that last longer than 10 days after giving birth
• Fever higher than 100.4 F
• Pain or burning when you go to the bathroom
• Pain, swelling and tenderness in your legs, especially around your calves
• Red streaks on your breasts or painful lumps in your breast
• Severe pain in your lower belly, feeling sick to your stomach or throwing up
• Vaginal discharge that smells bad

Note: Be prepared and avoid rush. You can stop these symptoms before they occur.

WE CAN HELP YOU!
Trust your instincts. If you feel like something’s wrong, don’t ignore the warning signs. Your life and that of your friend or relative is important. Many of these problems can be treated easily. But if you ignore warning signs and they go untreated, they may cause more serious problems.

To avoid any of the above mentioned signs, contact us for GREENLIFE MOTHER PLUS TEA.

shocked ogi baba is another brand of pap d colour is brownish red grin made of Guinea corn (red) white corn or yellow corn,(or both) millet, and one flat red something like leaf don't know d name. U soak everything together over night, if u have a strong blender and u are making small quantity u can use it better still take it to commercial grinder, get a chiffon cloth the one use to sieve pap then sieve it like u will do the regular yellow or white pap
Note: soya beans and clove are optional
The guinea corn and millet shd be more than the yellow or white corn
The ingredient u mentioned is for Tom brown. Ccgiddyperson
realtalk19:

try ogi-baba(brown pap).its rich and digestable .u can add milk to it too.

I don't think it's safe jor. Doesn't it contain colour and all what nought. Which reminds me, I just saw pap in the mall, powdered pap packaged like custard, who has ever tried it, how is it?
I have tried it. It is the normal pap that was dried with sunlight or whatever. It doesn't have preservative. I said so cos I made pap and dried it for days and it turned exactly like the one I bought for Shoprite.
But don't give it to your lo if u didn't make it yourself. But adults can drink the store bought type.

Is it compulsory my lo takes pap?
I read how to prepare tom brown and I think its more better being that its same ingredients and it will come out in powder form instead of stressing on soaking, sieving and all.

We handled her like an egg through out yesterday with doses of paracetamol.

She then slept throughout the night till this morning. Imagine?? The nitrazepam am taking knocked her flat out!!!

This medication is doing me some how some how. Please mamas has anyone taken this drug while breastfeeding . What about normodipin? That one gives me a migraine like headache that I still need painkillers for.

Katchy
Anyone please??

Is nitrazepam the same as diazepam?? And is normodipine the same nifedipine
If yes then my doctors stopped me from taking diazepam as soon as I gave birth, I also had to stop taking nifedipine because of the serious headache it give me...if you are taking there drugs because of high bp then we can share ideas because I already have something that is working for me..

Vitamin c was what was my son was given when he had terrible cold at 2 months! I used Shea butter to unblock his nostrils.

You can massage him with warm water or ask someone more experienced to do that for you.
Keep your baby warm and well hydrated.

Cpm was later added when the cold returned weeks later! But he was 3 months old by then.

To steam set a bowl/bucket of steaming water on the floor, sit on a stool with your LO on your lap near the water. Get someone to cover both of you with a big sheet (or towel) You can put about 2 drops of eucalyptus oil in the water. Do it before bed and his nose will flow like tap.
