But one thing I like the school is the serene environment with little cultism activities. ...

FUTO post Utme is not something one have to joke with. Scoring 399 in jamb does not guarantee one to gain admission in FUTO

What is FUTO?

1. Federal University Of Technology Owerri

2. All students are science students ( It is a community of science students)

3. The minimum you can have in their post utme for you to be considered for admission is 180 ( scoring 399 in Jamb and having 179.9 in their post utme is automatic disqualification; even V.C will not save you from it)

4. Every Course in Futo is 5yrs, excluding Optometry which is 6yrs

5. Apart from faculty of Engineering( B.Engr) and department of Optometry(Dr) other departments issues B.Tech( E.g. A student of Animal science in FUTO spends 5yrs, 2nd year and 4th year I.T and graduates with B.Tech while a student outside FUTO or Universities' of technology spends 4yrs and graduates with B.Sc

6. We entered FUTO not because of Fun(you may not see fun) but because of her reputation in and outside Nigeria

Pls Futo make less use of Jamb questions( Their questions are not gazable;read only FUTO past questions, if you can pass it then you can pass any post utme in Nigeria)

All students write the same subjects irrespective of the department you are aspiring for.
