I am an atheist but I go to a friend's house for Sallah every year. He provides the meat and I bring the beer. It works out very well.

In your shallow mind, you go to market to buy beef, mutton, lamb, chevon etc. But you are too naive to know that 90% of these animals are slaughtered by muslims and they observe same rules you are talking about to this commercially sold meat. It's people with shallow mind and fanaticism like you that is problem with Nigeria and black race in general. Even in western countries where majority are either Christians or atheists, they prefer Halal meat to other meat. You need to get knowledge and free your mind of religious fanaticism. Peace

I never give any Muslim friend the impression I would want the meat. I won't accept it. I wouldn't 'trash' like my Dad did. I'd reject if offered.

I created this thread because I felt like eating ram for real. Not like I can't buy and cook, but that feeling of being served with " love and celebration " makes it different.
