Chelsea is yet to meet Leicester city's valuation of Drinkpiss. But they have until 1am to finalize the deal. As do all EPL clubs..
Ross Barkley rejected Chelsea midway through his medicals and skysports understands that it's the player's decision not to sign for Chelsea.

Guys Barkley didn't reject Chelsea, he failed his medicals.
